Process
- Fill in the customisation form before adding the custom product to your cart.
- After checkout and order confirmation, our designer will create a mock-up template of your design and send it to the email address of the order within 1-3 working days.
- Once you have replied with confirmation of the design or we have completed any requested changes, the design will be sent for manufacture.
- Orders will be completed and delivered within 4-6 weeks from confirmation of the design, not from the purchase date.
